W Went to the dentist for cleaning by myself - W- stayed with A- while she slept in. Everyone was OK! Wow. Went to help Ewan' and E-→ they're okay for the day! Warm & sunny! Hygienist OK with 2 units of scaling - whee! Set up 4-month schedule of shorter appointments I felt so weirdly Light, I jogged part of the way Mortar & pestle? back.
